Usually we file our own taxes but this year we decided we wanted to get some advice so my husband came here. Our tax forms were taken into another cubicle and then “filed” without any conversation. I filed taxes with them in January, it’s JUNE and the taxes still haven’t been processed by the IRS. I attempted reaching out several times and they always told me they were busy and would call me back but never returned my calls. I feel cheated and ignored DO NOT DO TAXES HERE
Writing this on behalf of Andrea, who did her taxes here back in February. More than 3 months later & she still hasn’t gotten any of her tax returns. Any time she gets through to the receptionist, she has no idea what’s going on with her taxes. Don’t waste your time with this place just because it’s cheap
I moved to PA last year. I normally file my own taxes but because of the move, I opted to get a professional to file them. 🤦🏾♀️ I filed February 5th. Something told me to double check my return. It’s May 28th. The IRS is still processing my return? Why? The improper amount was claimed for Social Security tax. When I went through every page, I found so many errors. But it was too late, as I filed electronically. I’m baffled. When I called, no apology. Nothing. I’ll stick to doing my own.
