I have filed taxes with H&R Block for years ...never disappoints.
Made and confirmed an in person appointment only to show up and be told that we had been put on a waitlist. We received no emails prior indicating that this was for a waitlist and the only call received prior was asking about dropping documents off.

In the past, I’ve had great experiences with H&R Block. I’m so disappointed with the customer service. The tax pros were unfamiliar with general forms and protocol concerning my tax returns. Very unorganized, no one returned phone calls, and excuses were consistently made instead of taking responsibility. After leaving a bad review at the four corners location, a manager called me back at 6:30 pm and scolded me about leaving a bad review then cancelled an appointment I made this location.
