We had Joan Blake do my wife's parents' estate taxes and Jennifer Deffendall did our personal taxes. They are both very professional and do a fantastic job. We have been going to Jennifer for years and we completely trust her with our taxes and the complicated K1 part from my father's trust. We appreciate both of these ladies and we highly recommend them!!!
One never likes doing taxes..but getting them done here with Mr Garza made it a very pleasant experience. The place is open late to accommodate people's schedules. Mr Garza was very professional and personable and made me feel confident that my taxes were done correctly. Thank you!!
Jennifer was by far one of the rudest people I’ve had to deal with. We had a schedule appointment that she ghosted us for, and when we tried to call the office to figure out what was going on and why she never sent us a link, they magically stop answering the phones. It took us like 8 phone calls for a lady to tell us that someone would call us because “Jennifer was with walk in client”. Why schedule an appointment with us if it’s not gonna be honored.
