The actual worst. Gave me whiplash trying to figure out what they were doing. First they scare me saying I owe the IRS money then it’s whoops no they owe me money. Took forever getting a hold of someone to do the amendment for a mistake an HR Block tax pro did. Then said it was “processing” for weeks. A manger did call me one but from their personal number so of course never answered any follow up calls.
