Kristen barely introduced herself. It took her less than 10 minutes to file my single household tax returns with a single W2. I was in and out under 15 minutes. Upon finishing up she explained the fee for doing my taxes. I explained I never have to pay that much and I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years. She said to take it up with the IRS. Horrible service; made an appointment over a week ago; went in for our appointment at 2:00 yesterday, only to be told our representative, Mr. Ferrari, had a walk in appointment. Then what is the point of making the appointment? Then our representative calls us back yesterday after dropping f off our paperwork to let us know it would longer than expected.
