We couldn’t get in contact with anyone but an AI for customer service and somehow found the number for this office and the representative who picked up was fantastically kind and helpful even though it isn’t his job to field calls from states away! We appreciated it so so much
This company does not provide any transparency in their pricing structure before they charge you. I went into this expecting a $89 bill and came away with $475 in cost. This was not communicated to me in any way and it's very impacted my budgeting, And it felt like I had been scammed. There are cheaper options for the same level service, pick them. Do not choose this company.
