They’re not particularly upfront with their fees… when a company lists their service fee as starting at $85, but with no explanation on what would increase said fee and by how much…get ready to be nickel and dimed. Spent $200 on fees and was told that “oh, well maybe you shouldn’t have filed those last w2 forms because you didn’t make enough at those particular jobs” AFTER the fee was accepted and processed and with no mention of this during the entire process. I use H&R Block to do my taxes every year because I find that they know what they are doing, they take a personal interest in me as they work with me, it is easy to get a timely appointment and I trust that my taxes are done correctly.
H&R block was very easy and accurate. Celeste ensured that we were able to get the maximum on our return. The cost is worth the sense of security and I would highly recommend!!
