They’re not particularly upfront with their fees… when a company lists their service fee as starting at $85, but with no explanation on what would increase said fee and by how much…get ready to be nickel and dimed. Spent $200 on fees and was told that “oh, well maybe you shouldn’t have filed those last w2 forms because you didn’t make enough at those particular jobs” AFTER the fee was accepted and processed and with no mention of this during the entire process. Random $40 fee for not using their debit card to access my refun... read more
