Can’t give 0 stars but I would. Tax return sat with a tax pro from Feb until the end of April while she and the district manager ignored multiple messages and calls. The only reason they got done was I called customer service and told them someone needed to do it today.
Scheduled an appointment for 3:00 didn’t get seen until 3:30. My tax refund was accepted but I asked to sign up for the loan that I could receive the same day she never applied for it also I went over my address 2-3 times just for her to put in half of the address I gave and the other half was my old address 2 different states. Definitely won’t be back there ! Last year my visit was great without an appointment this year different year same person horrible experience!
I've been coming to H&R Block for years, and Ms. Motley has been working with me each time. She is smart, professional and, easy to work with. I am confident in her work without a second guess.
