Robert and Pat who helped me with taxes in this location were good and knew what they were doing The manager Abdel helped with my concern . Been a regular here. Good service although they sometimes run a bit late on appointments
The lady asked me how do I support my family on 1,569 it was intrusive and noisy it's simple I just got the job at the end of year and it made me feel bad
I have been a loyal H&R Block client for 4 years. I was extremely displeased with service this year. This location CALLED ME to schedule my initial in person appointment back in February to provide assistance with my tax return. My first appointment had to be rescheduled because they insisted I called the wrong location and didn't have an appointment (I even showed the woman the voicemail and called the number that called me while their phone rang).
