I came in with a question and to complete my tax return. The specialist kept raising his voice at me and didn’t seem to understand my concern. At the end of the appointment he asked me to pay for the tax service again, even though I had already paid for it during my first appointment. And after proving to him that I’d already paid, I still had to pay again or they wouldn’t complete my return, then had to go through the effort of getting a refund for the second payment. Paying $400 dollars for this service isn’t worth it
Had an appointment at 10 AM, office is supposedly open 10 AM - 4 PM, waited until 10:15, nobody ever showed up, don't waste your time, if you freelance just use Column Tax its also $200 cheaper
I wasn't given clear explanations of workings why the irs tax code applies to my equity account being tax
