Recently worked with tax pro named Ashely Huang and she suddenly disappeared before finishing my filing without any notification after providing bunch of wrong information which wasted so much our time and energy. I extremely regret that I started my filing with her. She was not professional at all.

I filed today with Christopher and he was so helpful. He educated my husband and I on ow to file the best way possible as our first year being married. I also set up the appointment wrong and uploaded all the files wrong and incomplete but he was very patient and asked me to upload the correct docs on the spot. He’s so knowledgeable.
