EDIT:THE PHONE NUMBER THE "OWNER" LEFT DOESN'T EVEN WORK! I CANNOT GET ACCESS TO MY AMENDED RETURN THAT BRANDON POULSON MESSED UP IN JANUARY AND I CANT GET ANY SUPPORT FROM HR BLOCK. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AND PAY SOMEONE WHO IS COMPETENT ENOUGH TO FILE YOUR TAXES! I AM REPORTING BRANDON AND THIS SITE TO THE IRS AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL DUE TO HOW BAD OF AN EXPERIENCE THIS HAS BEEN AND HOW MESSED UP MY TAXES ARE! DO NOT LET BRANDON POULSON DO YOUR TAXES! ITS SEPTEMBER AND MY TAXES STILL AREN'T CORRECTED DUE TO HIM AND HIS INCOMPETENCE AND NEGLIGENCE ! HE NEEDS MORE THAN 32+ HOURS OF TRAINING BECAUSE HE CAN'T PROPERLY FILE A STATE RETURN OR CHILD TAX CREDITS!

I am going to continue to leave reviews until my issues with this incompetent and far from tax professional office gets my taxes FIXED!!! BRANDON POULSON MESSED UP MY TAXES BACK IN JANUARY! HE DID NOT FILE MY MICHIGAN STATE TAX RETURN AND DID NOT FILE MINE AND MY HUSBANDS TAX CREDITS! CAROL WAS SUPPOSE TO AMEND MY RETURN AND PROCESS THE MICHIGAN STATE RETURN IN MAY AND FAILED TO DUE SO. I will never again use H&R Block. In January my husband and I filed our taxes with Brandon P which has been a nightmare. He gave me a 763S form to fill out and mail in documentation to the state of Virginia to get our state taxes back since we claim my husbands state of residency which is Michigan.
