If I could give a zero I would. I got my return done on the 13/7 by a person who had the personality of a turtle. My return took 5 minutes to do. I couldn’t get access to client portal hence I called back I even logged an enquiry online. Once again I called back Friday spoke to Richard unfortunately he couldn’t assist he said he will organise a call back. Wow I couldn’t believe it, hence you guessed it no call back. My appointment was scheduled at 7:30PM, I arrived 20 minutes before the session and they were closed. Wasted my time! Very disappointed.
