My wife and I have been using H&R Block in Waterville for many years but our tax professional retired so we decided this year to try the H&R Block in New Hartford where we live. boy was that a mistake. I dropped off our documents, I was told a tax pro would call in a few days, when they are done to make an apt for us to come in & sign papers. My experience was not good, I found the staff to be pushy and rude. My taxes are to complex to do myself. I went to H&R block in an effort to same some money. I absolutely did not. It's back to the accountant next year.
