No semblance of organization or record keeping. I attempted to make an appointment online and apparently it worked as I received a voicemail to confirm. When I called back, they amazingly have no record of my appointment. I’d never trust something so important to a place that seems to have no idea what’s going on.
They are so helpful. The level of customer service was beyond of my expectation.
Had a great experience at H&R Block's Parkville location. From the initial call where they clearly explained what to bring and the estimated cost, to the actual tax preparation with Jim, everything was professional and efficient. Jim was knowledgeable and thorough with my complicated tax return. The service was well worth the cost, and I would definitely recommend this location to others looking for reliable tax preparation.
Had to file paper copy lady told me it would just take a little longer. Called every couple months and they told me it was just in process. Just found out today it was never mailed. No one wants to do anything to rectify the situation so she filed it again and told me to be another 14 weeks. I do not recommend ever going to Parkville H&R Block or Perry Hall where they tried to fix it ended absolutely nothing. customer service said there's nothing they can do
