Update: I did my own taxes and received $400 more than what H&R Block quoted. Don’t trust them, they aren’t good at this. Here is a quick rundown of our visit today, - The building is a bit difficult to find because it is a tiny storefront in a darkened back alley, a great place to get mugged - The lady at the front desk was sick - Our tax guy (Troy) was sick - He is very young and seems to need more experience with this, should probably be shadowing someone - He was unprepared - He simply punched our numbers into a form, wh... read more
