They were so helpful, but I did have to wait longer than I like. The regular person I go to was unavailable, and their location was closed, due to it being right in the middle of the holiday season. So when I needed a last-minute appointment for someone to take a look at something, I suppose a wait is to be expected. I often shop at Whitnall Square, so I knew of this H & R Block location and I just popped in to ask someone to finalize a tax document.
