I filed my taxes in Feb and had a great experience with Mai as always. My complaint is with the ladies scheduling the appointments . My son called and scheduled an appointment for drop off @ 9:00 pm on 4/14/2025 at the Farmers Branch location. When we got there, he was treated really bad by a lady name Michelle. I had an appointment at 430. Arrived at 425. 2 walk-ins without appointments arrived after me and went to a tax advisor. It is now 5pm and I still have not been helped. Guess I shouldn't have made an appointment
