Went in to get taxes done but did not like the pricing H&R Block was charging. I was told that if I changed my mind to come back in. Well I decided to file the taxes on my own. I got a notification that my taxes had already been filed. So I went back to H&R Block and was told that somehow my taxes had gotten filed but they don't know who in the office filed them. I filed my taxes in Feb and had a great experience with Mai as always. My complaint is with the ladies scheduling the appointments . My son called and scheduled an appointment for drop off @ 9:00 pm on 4/14/2025 at the Farmers Branch location. When we got there, he was treated really bad by a lady name Michelle.
