I had a really great experience getting my taxes done here. Frank Ducharme was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. You can tell he has a lot of experience he explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I can’t speak for everyone in the office, but based on my experience with Frank, I would definitely recommend this place. He was truly excellent.

Enfield, Connecticut Office excellent. Staff are phenomenal. Hours accommodating. I would highly recommend Nathaniel Carter as your Tax Professional. I worked with him and he was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and courteous. I was in and out of there with in a half hour.

Really wish I could leave this place zero stars. This place is awful. I’m a brand new tax filer, I’m 18. Now, previously, I had filed with Turbo Tax. I came with some other people to H&R block last week, and was disgusted with the service I received. For one, I didn’t know that in person tax filing costed money. When I sat down with an agent, she did not go over a cost. When I signed all the agreements in the beginning, nowhere did it say that I would owe H&R block anything.
