Natalie was our preparer, and we had LOTS of issues. She took her time with us and researched our options and gave us addresses and phone numbers to help us. And Mary was very helpful in helping both us and Natalie with her expert tax knowledge. H&r has great employees at this location.
I had some issues with my filing in another state this year and Gus went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get it fixed. He kept me informed every step of the way and assured me with his confidence. I will definitely be going back for Gus’ help in the future!
