Great, kind, made it easy.
The tax experts couldn't file out if state. It took 2 months for them to find me someone who could do my taxes. I was quoted less than $200 to file, they charged me $616. Their customer service was horrible and no one answers the phones in Oregon. I have been a customer for going on 15 years. That may change after this.
Great to work with. Always nice, courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with.
