Will never go back to hr block
I have paid Very High Price for them to file 2023 and to Tell you the Truth I still have not Received my Tax Return. All I have Received is a BiG Run Around! I have been waiting over a year to receive what I could have done myself. This Is some BS ! For me to paid $300 for them to give me some BS on why it taking so long. If I filed on my own I would have already received it. But I am still waiting and still getting the run around. Plus I had to my own foot work on top of that. My experience with my original Sensor Tax Analyst by the name of Vernon Fahy was very unpleasant. He is prejudice against black people and very disrespectful when I did not want to work with him anymore he tossed my paperwork at me.I do not recommend working with that old racist man to anyone. I recommend Paul Fennel Great guy amazing hospitality service, very welcoming personality and fast process. He gets 5 stars from me. Thank you to paul for helping me and my wife complete our taxes!
Terrible customer service, $300 to file W2 + 10-99. Strongly recommend different path.
