Called multiple times, also sent Jodie and Tana messages via email/website. I just simply had a few questions filed March 5th 2024… received a few letters, Jodie was not available in the email so they connected me to Tana, which her response was just keep checking the “where’s my refund” site. I clearly stated I needed help. Also my tax preparer Jodie has not tried to get back in touch.
