I would strongly recommend avoiding this H&R Block location. My retired parents and grandmother went here to have very straightforward tax returns completed, and they were charged $650 for my parents and $550 for my grandmother. For three retired individuals with relatively simple filings, being charged a total of $1,200 is extremely excessive and hard to justify. Leroy is the absolute BEST! He's very friendly and knowledgeable. My husband travels for work and has complicated tax filings and Leroy took all my stress away! I highly recommend him if you are in the hunt for someone to help you with your taxes.
I've used the Strongsville, OH office for 4 years. Very good service and would recommend Arnie to prepare your taxes.
