I had an appointment with a clerk at 1 pm. I stopped by the location early to see if it was possible for me to be seen early. I came in roughly between 11 and 1130. I just had a question that would've taken roughly 10 minutes. If I couldn't, then I would've understood and just come back. I didn't cause an issue. The receptionist was extremely nice and signed me in and went to let the clerk know but she had a phone call which seemed to be personal. I waited.
