"Peace of Mind Extended Service" is a total scam. I got a letter from the IRS saying I owed more. H&R Block miscalculated the penalty and interest for late payment. The description of their Peace of Mind service says if I get a letter from the IRS, THEY WILL HANDLE IT. They didn't handle it and came up some BS reason why that wasn't covered. Looking at BBB complaints this has happened to other people too. They told me I am on my own.

H&R block is great ,the problem is the IRS .They have not sent my 21-22 tax return as of yet....yeaa me
Patty Flack delivered excellent customer service over the phone without an appointment and without an obligation to do so. I wish more customer service experiences were like the one I experienced today with Ms. Flack. I know I can call back to H&R block on Macon Road at any time and have my questions answered with patience and poise.
