If your looking to do your taxes at this office get somebody else to do it. I went here today to file with intentions of a refund advance. Sandy Qian didn’t know anything about filing my taxes. All my questions where not clearly answered or ignored. We went and saw Lilian after we filed an extension on our taxes. We paid a very large amount with late filing fees and interest. We were told we were all set. I received a bill from the IRS stating we had an amount due and after numerous emails and phone attempts we were told by other staff members to just disregard the notice, or that it might be accrued interest.
