I experienced a terrible situation and would like to talk over this experience with a regional manager.
Lied about when they filed my taxes and I've been waiting about 2 and a half months to tall to a manager. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Staff is rude and likes to blame everyone else for the problems they made.
H&R Block has been our go-to for years, primarily because of the expertise of Vicki Hout.
Vicki was professional, informative and extremely friendly.
