Went to get my tax returns done and was disappointed with the outcome. I paid over 300 dollars for 30 minutes of work and confirmed all the banking info was correct for my returns. I then got letters in the mail stating the money could not be taken out of my account and tried calling H&R Block to figure out what went wrong being the bank info was correctly inputed and they told me I needed to go on the IRS website to figure it out. Although they’re a little pricy, my tax preparer is great! I only go to John C. He has been taking care of my taxes for years now and he is honestly the only reason I still use H&R Block. The receptionists and some of the other staff aren’t the friendliest at times but as long as John is still there I will be returning. I never wait and the process is pretty quick. John is efficient and very knowledgeable.
Regina Archibald is the BEST! She's the only person I trust to file my taxes each year.
Although it's a little pricey, I do have to say it's well worth it for the peace of mind. And the tax advisers are very knowledgeable courteous and friendly. Especially my tax advisor; Belkis, she is awesome.
