The people at this location don’t know what they’re doing!! Stay away!! They said I wouldn’t get back anything. I took the same forms to another tax preparer and got back $3200. How could they be so wrong. They’re extremely rude and lied to me several times. On top of that they tried to charge me $350. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. They don’t know what they’re doing at all and will steal your money!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. Everyone was completely rude and incompetent from the beginning.
they have no clue what they're doing or how to handle taxes. they're double booking appointments and were asking people to come in and file on Easter. the accountant there hardly spoke english and was confused and clearly was not educated. stay away
I came in on 2/20. The associate who helped me file my taxes was nice, but he struggled with my regular W-2 forms and needed help understanding a portion of the forms. After over an hour, we finished, and I was getting a refund of X amount. I left happy just to have it out of the way. Fast forward two weeks: I called in to check the status of my return, and the receptionist stated that my return is open and yet to be submitted.
