I was helping a family manner. Took him to a professional or so I thought. Person who assisted was not knowledgeable and the “helping you obtain every credit, deduction, and dollar you deserve” fell short. The fees are outrageous. I would give them no star if I could.
Scheduled an appointment at 5. Waited for 25 minutes while the “tax expert” took her time talking about irrelevant topics with the client. Unacceptable, will never be back to H&R
