Scheduled an appointment at 5. Waited for 25 minutes while the “tax expert” took her time talking about irrelevant topics with the client. Unacceptable, will never be back to H&R
Had an appointment set for 5:00pm, waited 25 minutes past my appointment while my expert took her time talking with her client. My appoint was for 5. Not 5:30. Wont be back.
This office has the best receptionist and Elaine the tax pro was amazing I will be returning to this office next year 👍 great customer service
Juan Martinez helped me with my taxes and he was very helpful. He made the process very easy and painless. Very personable as well.
