Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the tax preparer, You Zou, at this branch. I was filing a multi-state tax return, and it did not appear that she had a strong grasp of the items involved. More concerning was the manner in which my questions were handled. Several of my questions were not clearly answered, and when I sought clarification, she became visibly frustrated.
