For 2 years in a row I have scheduled my appointment to do my taxes. Both times when I get there they tell me there is a scheduling conflict. This year when I made my appointment I called the actual location (because last year they said it was the on line appointment booking that was the problem). My appointment was confirmed for 4 pm on 4/10/26. Today when I checked in the gentleman at the desk said what's your last name and I told him to which he asked do you have a scheduled appointment.
