We have used H&R Block for the last few years, and this year has been the worst experience we have had so far. We sent our tax pro all of our documents in late February. April 10th we saw that she still had not filed our taxes, so my husband messaged her through their secure site to see if she needed anything else from us, as we had not received any communication that would indicate a reason for her to take this amount of time to file. The shift manager for the site on 9 Feb 2025 went out of her way to harass me multiple times even after I politely corrected her. The customer service here sucks. I spent half the time with my head in my hands hoping she would either apologize or go away.
They were just amazing to work with, they know there stuff and advised me what to do for next year. I fell that I had a worked with a professional and was in and out in what felt like no time at all but got a lot done and everything was explained to me very well.
Quick and easy. They also gave me some helpful advice.
My tax rep is/was excellent. Ms Christine is the best.
