I usually file my own taxes, but this year I needed the tax advance. I went in and the lady that did my taxes did not give me the option to get the child tax advance and at the end when I remembered about it and asked her about it. Her response was whoop. Lubna anwar this lady walk off because I didn't pull up the W2 fast enough off my phone literally she had to audacity to ask me to wait in the lobby never going to do taxes with H&NR block completely disrespectful. This was 1/25/25 calling cooperate
