Bowie deserves a gold star, the man helping in the booth next to her deserves a kick in the pants. Not only was he rude to her for asking him a question he was rude and not helpful when answering the business phone and rude to customers on the phone unwilling to assist But Bowie! Is polite, knowledgeable and did her best to explain everything clearly and to a level I could understand. Bowie made sure to cross her Ts and dot her Is double checking my lengthy tax paperwork Thanks Bowie
