THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR TAXES DONE SO AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS. I COULD WRITE AN ESSAY HOW AWFUL OUR EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN AND STILL GOING, BUT THERE IS NOT ENOUGH SPACE HERE. My wife and I have been going to this location for years and our quality of service went from alright to horrible. We have always paid for the 'Peace of Mind' return insurance. Last year someone took weeks to do our return. He told us he would call us when it was ready. Weeks later we called and were told we had to rebook an appointment. No updates were given anytime in between (which we were promised). He said he got us a little extra last year and we could expect even more this year. I have been coming to Shemsie since 2020, and she is ALWAYS fantastic. She makes me feel valued and cared for, and is the most efficient accountant I’ve ever had. *UPDATE* After calling them back, we were offered a chance to go over our fillings with a more experienced person. JoAnn helped us sort out / amend the filings for the current tax year as well as helped with adjustments for a previous year. Our experience with her has been stellar and will definitely seek an appointment with her for the next year. I would gladly have given 5 stars if our initial appointment was with her.
