I had Marjorie for an accountant. I thought you was amazing. I had a 1031 exchange which isn't very common. She wasn't familiar with some of the rules. She researched everything and even took a class to make sure she filed my return properly. I have a lot of respect for people that put that kind of effort into their work. Thank you
