Charged me nearly $400 dollars for a thousand dollar return. Then they failed to tell me that they can't take the fee out of prior years filing. I waited 2 hours and only filed 3 standard w2's for them to tell me that I owe then $378 right now or I can't file. I'd have to take out a loan for 400 dollars to pay them to give me 1000? So I'd actually only make 600 bucks after their shenanigans. I'll take my chances and file online.
They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The price to get my taxes done was very good.
