Paid $700 for taxes, then got rude, unhelpful service when I had to return to complete an amendment by staff member Louise. She wasted my time and refused to help because “it wasn’t fast” and she “didn’t feel like it.” Completely unprofessional. Would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.
