Louise is amazing! We have been coming here for a number of years. She is the best at what she does.
Paid $700 for taxes, then got rude, unhelpful service when I had to return to complete an amendment by staff member Louise. She wasted my time and refused to help because “it wasn’t fast” and she “didn’t feel like it.” Completely unprofessional. Would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.
Linda was wonderful to work with and helped answer all the questions we had!
She's always so amazing and attentive. I dint know what I'll do without her.
Just had my taxes done by Roberta Sallee. She is knowledgeable, smart, and, friendly. She makes you feel comfortable and she explains everything in a way that I could understand.She takes her time and checks everything she is very thorough. I would definitely recommend Roberta and h&r block
