I had a horrible experience with Ms. Sayma Mohamed. She showed up 30 minutes late to her job and could not type in my SSN and address correctly. For example, she didn't notice she typed in insufficient digits for my SSN. Typing in numbers accurately is an important skill for tax preparation. So is giving accurate information. I would highly recommend working with Louise Ba! This is the third year I have worked with her. She’s friendly, professional and super patient. She works extremely hard and puts in the time to get information filled out before meeting. That minimized the time in the office. When you are in the office, she would spend the time getting needed information without rushing or judgement. I’m embarrassed by my own disorganization.
