My tax preparer signed me up for another H&R Block service and "authorized" sending them my information without asking me. When I reached out to a CS rep, she made me an appointment to discuss the issue, but wasn't sure if I'd be charged. I'm also not sure she understood the issue. Also, apparently my return was rejected and he never told me.
