My Taxes have been with H&R Block since April 15 starting at the Falls Church Broaddale location. I was working if you call it working with Pooja. Then my taxes and my Moms taxes migrated to Louisa or Lois at George Mason Dr. she has called me 2x but no results on refunds or what the status is. Customer service means a lot to me and not getting a call back really sucks. Next year I really have to rethink where I’m getting my taxes done. Krystal & Staff 5 stars! Excellent customer service from start to finish! It was late, but the receptionist was kind, patient, attentive to my situation. Knowledgeable and professional office staff. My tax preparer signed me up for another H&R Block service and "authorized" sending them my information without asking me. When I reached out to a CS rep, she made me an appointment to discuss the issue, but wasn't sure if I'd be charged. I'm also not sure she understood the issue. Also, apparently my return was rejected and he never told me.
I worked with Meswaet Belachew for my 2023 taxes. She was easy to work with and the whole process was quick. We did everything online and communicated via emails and phone calls. The reviewing, payment, approving process was quick and easy and it was all done on the HR block website account.
