Very poor experience. I worked with Jerlin, and her lack of any kind of tax knowledge was genuinely concerning. She was unable to explain basic tax concerns I had. In the end, I didn’t even finish filing with her. I had no confidence in her abilities or that she actually did my taxes correctly. I’ll be going to another location to finish and have the taxes done correctly.
I’ve been with them for several years now. Consistently professional with excellent service.
Jerlin was so knowledgeable and kind. She went through all my documents one by one to make sure everything was accounted for. She explained everything she did and what options I had for filing.
