I would never recommend H&R Block to anyone. Many of their tax consultants are untrained and clueless about preparing taxes. My Mother had major mistakes with her taxes because of the misinformation given by the idiot who prepared her taxes. We were audited by the IRS and H&R Block didn't help us whatsoever. I even complained to the corporate office and they didn't resolve anything. Because of H&R Block I had big problems with the IRS and state of California.
