great friendly got way more than expected
Had to drop taxes off to get them done. Went to sign documents and nothing was explained to us when we asked. Found out we got double charged and price increased almost double. Called many times to have someone explain to us and couldn’t even get a call back. We have used them for many years but after this year we will never go back ever very poor service and very unsatisfied with the people at Ste.Genevieve location.
The person who did my taxes at this location made several mistakes. I had to pay another company to amend them. Will never use H&R again.
The customer service Tina G. provided was outstanding. I definitely will be coming back next year!
