Awful experience from start to finish. I was treated very unprofessionally the entire time and I never felt confident that Tammy understood my questions. This was my first time filing my own taxes so I was hoping to receive some guidance. She provided little to no explanation for my questions/concerns. It does not end there. I can’t thank Jasmine and Diana enough for how amazing they treated my wife and I. We had multiple years of taxes to be done due to some errors on our Checks and Jasmine was awesome at explaining everything to us. Every time I called there and spoke to Diana she was always very quick to try and help as much as possible. The price we paid for them to correct and get us the best refund was definitely worth it. This is my first (and last) time at this location. The lady that did my taxes was rude both in person and on the phone, and this is the first time I’ve not gotten my taxes back within a few weeks. I filed the 2nd day that I could, and the deadline came and went 9 days ago and still not getting them until hopefully tomorrow, but not sure as my password for my emerald card wasn’t working. I’ll go somewhere else next year
