I can’t thank Jasmine and Diana enough for how amazing they treated my wife and I. We had multiple years of taxes to be done due to some errors on our Checks and Jasmine was awesome at explaining everything to us. Every time I called there and spoke to Diana she was always very quick to try and help as much as possible. The price we paid for them to correct and get us the best refund was definitely worth it. This is my first (and last) time at this location. The lady that did my taxes was rude both in person and on the phone, and this is the first time I’ve not gotten my taxes back within a few weeks. I filed the 2nd day that I could, and the deadline came and went 9 days ago and still not getting them until hopefully tomorrow, but not sure as my password for my emerald card wasn’t working. I’ll go somewhere else next year
Had an appointment and got there 10 minutes early. I did not get seen by the “tax professional” until FIFTY MINUTES past my scheduled time. Even had two people walk in after me and they got right in with other staff. So don’t bother making an appointment!!! Front desk lady seemed like she was overwhelmed and had multiple clients papers scattered across her desk. I was scared that she was going to lose my important documents.
