I woukd like to give great credits to Blanca. She helped me yesterday with my taxes, she just know the fix I needed. She not only work on a professional level, she find ways to offer needed empathy that will treat you as a person, got a little teary as we tackled over my mom . That’s a gold treatment customer service. So I recommend her & would prefer to see her each year. I’m very grateful.
SCAM! Was promised a big refund but received less then half of what was promised. I called several times to H&R to find out why and was told they will call me back every time. A year later and I have never received a call back. Never again will I not use turbo tax for max refund and lower prices!
My son needed taxes done/fixed like that same day for his school and Blanca was a gods send!! She was absolutely amazing so kind and helpful and went above and beyond what she had too. Wonderful experience
