Very rude, was told to call up there if my return still hadn't come the Monday after the 17th. We'll I did and they treated us with the worst customer service. I get people have bad days but you can't take it out on your customers. I sincerely hope that something changes with the people up there, or I will not being coming back.
I was recommended by coworkers to go through H&R instead of turbotax. It was extremely worth putting in an appointment. Rhonda who was helping me was very straightforward and quick. I will definitely be coming back next year.
