I was recommended to file taxes with HR this year by my friend. Biggest mistake. Overcharging clients and completely non professional, they just do data entry, no one cares if you face audit from irs, my questions wasn’t answered. When i came to an office for schedulied appointment, i had to go back home, cause they wasn’t ready to work on my taxes. They will charge you 120 dollars for a walk in which I sat down with the guy for 30mins tops. They should let you know you will be facing this charge before letting you know how much you will have to pay state and federal. They kind of make it out to be this will be the charge for your return. But it is not the case. Either way you need to pay the tax man and they helped me do that. Thank you guys.
