I do not recommend H&R block service to anyone. This was my first time filing for Tax through this office. No advance notice was given about the fees for filing , they charged $150 for 2 same companyT4 then tells me the price the high because I came to them in the month of April. I met Hakim and he said its our H&R franchise office that decides the price and we have no control over this. The price I ended up paying was hundreds of dollars more than what I was told when I inquired about their prices. Totally misleading. Nothing justifies ridiculous prices like that. Real accountants with way more complex situations charge hundreds of dollars less. Never again. It feels like a scam.
Absolutely worst experience ever. Incompetent is an understatement. Likely screwed me.
