I did a digital drop off and my status said with Tax Pro for a week. I called to get an update because my messages were not being answered online and I was told they had not even started. now I have missed the deadline because nobody communicated with me. I’m not even sure what to do. I was told to make an appointment and come in and they are not even open. this is so unprofessional!
