If I could give this place zero stars I would. The African man that "helped" me when I attended my scheduled was appointment was VERY RUDE and of absolutely NO HELP!! I've filed my taxes with H&R Block for over 5 years now and I've never come across someone so rude and unwilling to do the job they get paid for. I definitely DO NOT recommend going to this location.

The man wss very rude it’s morning time he must need a nap with the business being so busy rude customer service over the phone
I did a digital drop off and my status said with Tax Pro for a week. I called to get an update because my messages were not being answered online and I was told they had not even started. now I have missed the deadline because nobody communicated with me. I’m not even sure what to do. I was told to make an appointment and come in and they are not even open. this is so unprofessional!
