Had an appointment at 6pm. Arrived and it was closed even though it says it closes at 7pm.
There is lack of urgency at this location and tax insight. Be prepared to coach your advisor on what needs to be done and file cuz it seemed like they hand no clue and no one ever followed up with me! Shame!
