Terrible from the beginning, promised my return would be done by the evening I dropped off documents and it took 3 days, I asked for fees to be taken after refund was sent and the balance directly deposited into my bank account. IRS did get it processed and deposited into THEIR bank account -small owed amount, H & R block never added my account info to the return so all my funds went to their bank and they said they mailed my portion but it hasn't shown up...in 12 days!
