My first time to use this service for taxes. I’m glad I did, because I received a letter that I owe taxes instead of ready. I was nervousand didn’t know what to do. Ian Isaac , master of taxes took care of my problem. He talked to the tax people, really felt his warm care to take care of my situation and he was successful. Thank you Ian, and thank you for H&R Blosck for such amazing person .
Tax preparers with either no knowledge of getting maximum deductions or else no interest in helping clients get maximum deductions. Always feel rushed so that the preparer can get in as many appointments as possible, there is likely some sort of quota. I go there so I don’t have to do the work, but each year I find myself giving the preparer deduction ideas. Did not give me a proper estimate up front. Did not educate me on anything I did all the grunt work on paper and she just input the data. Charged me $657 dollars for me to do all the work… I will NEVER use H&R Block again. I didn’t know you could walk away after getting the total price and say I can’t afford that. Before submitting taxes. She pressured me to make a decision if I wanted to pay out of pocket now or out of my tax return with another $42 dollar fee.
