Sushila is absolutely amazing. She treats you like family and truly cares about doing your taxes the right way and making sure you are getting back what you can. The appointment was efficient, extremely professional, and we left happy. Highly recommend Douglas. We initially went to the 4747 Elliot Rd location and had an awful experience (horrible wait time, unprofessional attitude, poor expertise). They fit us in for an appointment at this location last-minute and no questions asked. Would recommend this location only.
