Once good once great so it is 5 and 1.
It’s been 6 days with no communication on if my taxes have even been started . I’ve tried calling several times with no answer . The lack of communication is very unprofessional. I’ve never had a problem doing my taxes with H&R Block . This location is either severely understaffed or they lack basic customer service skill such as communication. I do not recommend this location if you are dropping off tax documents .
The website advertised working with a tax pro for $89. After less than 15 minutes on the phone and having a straightforward return I ended up paying over 4x that amount. Absolutely absurd and I will just take the extra 15 minutes next year to click the buttons myself.
Kristy Strid was a wonderful person to work with at the Millcreek H&R Block office in South Portland, ME. Very friendly and knowledgable.
