Not impressed, felt like a bull at auction. Nothing was explained to us as the "expert" punched in numbers. We explained that we installed heating and cooling and they put us in for the wrong tax credit. When we asked why it was so low she told us it was income based. Got home and researched and she didn't even apply for the right one.
Very pleased. Last year I had another service prepare my taxes. That agent didn't seem knowledgeable. Redid a form, which cost me more $. State refund took 9 months and that was after I had to send in income statements months later. This time I had a knowledgeable agent. After 1 week I already have my state refund. Will be going back next year
The person who did my wife's taxes, told her the ninety thousand she inherited was considered income. This is not true and now we will have to contact the IRS for a refund. minus one star. Update. The IRS caught the mistake and refunded our money. Turns out we still have an issue with the IRS. If the person who did our taxes didn't know the tax code, what confidence would I have that you could fix the mess you made. Zero.
